COPENHAGEN, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Denmark's minister for food and agriculture Mogens Jensen will step down following the government's admission it did not have the legal basis to order the culling of all farmed mink in the country, Danish broadcasters DR and TV 2 reported on Wednesday.
